The reservation is confirmed upon receiving full payment of the program cost of $2,600 USD per person.

Payments must be made via bank transfer or any other accepted payment method as indicated at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel your participation, you must do so in writing. Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.

• Included: Accommodation at Boutique Hotel Ayook, daily breakfasts, welcome dinner, transportation, access to all activities and tours mentioned in the program.
• Not Included: International flights, unspecified meals and drinks, tips, travel insurance, and other personal expenses.

• Travel Insurance: It is the participant’s responsibility to acquire adequate travel insurance covering any eventuality during the program.
• Behavior: Participants must behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the organizing team and local guides.
• Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their safety and personal belongings during the program.

We reserve the right to modify the program itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances or for safety reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as early as possible.

To the extent permitted by law, the organizers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or the use of our website.
